Let me tell you a bit about the place I grew up in ( Jeddah, Saudi Arabia)

Jeddah is a very beautiful port city in Saudi Arabia. It is the second biggest city after Riyad. people are not conservatives there any more, a lot has changed since I left there in 2008 and It has been open to tourists ever since 2010. I grew up there with my dad, step mom and my two brothers and three sisters. I am the oldest. my dad is Saudi , he was born in (Taiff ) and mom is American, she was born in Oregon.

        This big water fountain is called ( King Fahed Fountain) it is the largest fountain in the world

These pictures are some of the places where I used to go with my family in Jeddah, its called (The Cornech)

This is one of the malls I use to go to shop at

                                                  This is a Famous water park in Jeddah

                                                This is what most Jeddah streets look like

                      These images that you are seeing above of houses are the historic Jeddah

What you are looking at here is an old fashioned Saudi (majlis) from back in my grandfathers time. its a  place where the family members of the house are not to enter, due to the fact it is set up for the guests.

This is a modern (majlis) for the guests, which is something a little similar to what we had in our house. except it was a different design. the Saudi culture is well known for its hospitality, even if you were a complete stranger or a foreigner. Its in our blood just like the Bible days. Its a practice that will remain with us possibly forever.  the member's of the house cannot rest until the gusts has eaten a feast, and comfortable.

   This is the old Saudi market that still exist there till today, people love to go there and get the experience of something different. it is called (Soouq Al Bawadi) it is located in the historic part of Jeddah.

                 This is a recent picture of a few of Saudi ladies from Jeddah, that are from my generation

  This is what women had to wear back when I lived in Saudi Arabia growing up

                    This is what Saudi men wear in Jeddah till this day, unless they are at the beach. my                         dad till this day dresses this way.

That all being said. It doesn't matter if a person grew up in a wealthy beautiful place or not or what nationality, religion a person is, if they were raised in a happy family or not, if they are safe to be around or not. what matter is Jesus does not wish for any one to perish, these people matter to God, they are souls that are in darkness and deceived by the enemy,  Jesus loves them just as he loves us. they need our prayers and for us to show them love of Christ.

 1 Timothy 2

 " I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;

 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.

 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;

 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time."

John 3:16

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

we need to continually remind ourselves where God brought us from!!
