Kunafa is one of the most simplest desserts to make in Saudi Arabia It is my favorite!! I really don't have any words to describe how wonderful it is. the flavors and textures in it is unique and absolutely delightful. I mean lets think about it! You get it out of the oven, It's all nice and hot. Then take a bite and taste the crunchy shredded phyllo dough on the top and the bottom and then when you reach the center it is full of creamy goodness and not to mention fresh homemade syrup on top!!
